About Miss Kanzi

Miss Kanzi sells raw human hair from Lusaka to women who are tired of replacing a set every few months — in Zambia, across Africa, and anywhere else we can get a tracked parcel to.

Everything we stock is unprocessed, single-donor and cuticle-aligned. That is not a marketing phrase — it is the difference between hair that tangles at the nape after three washes and hair that survives colouring, heat and daily wear for years. We do not sell steamed or chemically-processed hair under a premium label, and we do not blend synthetic fibre into a bundle to make weight.

Wigs are built, bleached and cut in our Lusaka studio. Bundles, closures and frontals ship from the same stock we install ourselves, which is the only quality guarantee that means anything: we wear it too.

If a piece arrives and it is not what we described, tell us within seven days and we will make it right. Our returns terms are on the Delivery & Returns page, in plain language, with no restocking traps.
